So, you don't even know what I wrote, which is not what you said at all, but you still wrote on my wall, indicating that you'd like to have a discussion? What? Well, you're certainly a strange one ;)
At least you're honest enough to admit that you don't care. A good day to you as well :D
That is true, thank you for stating the laws of capitalism. But what is your point in saying that?
We are all aware of the fact that there is a large percentage of people out there who don't care about the quality of the product they are consuming. So why are you stating the obvious?
People who don't care about the quality of the product won't be reading an analysis of said thing. Thus they are irrelevant when it comes to my review.
Its pretty simple. The nature of the revenge of whats similar. Of course there are lots of revenge stories in anime. The similarity between AOT and OnS is that
1. MCs friends/family is killed by a supernatural, non human entity
2. MC wants to exterminate this entity
1. Just because something has widespread appeal doesn't necessarily mean that it can be considered good entertainment.
2. If you look at my review you'll see that I indeed rated the visuals as "very good". I am not trying to undersell the animation here. But it could have been used to greater effect, especially when it comes to the rather dialogue heavy scenes.
3. I actually told people that the show is worth their time. It is certainly visually appealing, it does have enough substance to not completely bore you and I can't deny that it is quite fun at times.
I agree with what you said about Nijigahara Holograph. I can't quite get into it with the constant changes in the timeline. I don't want to read all of this a 2nd time to get it, so I ended up giving it a 7, too.
Do you mean new as in recent or new as in new to you? I don't know anything recent, so I'll assume it's the latter.
Texhnolyze is the only masterpiece that I see you're missing. I think you'll like it, but it is really dark.
Kiseijuu is really conventional in a lot of ways, but it has a lot of good action and character development. It also doesn't make too many mistakes, which is very rare.
BLAME! is the coolest shit ever.
I don't think you can really go wrong with those three.
I watched it when it was coming out, so only about twenty minutes per week. It was a fun train wreck to follow. Now that it's finished, it might not be so fun. I wouldn't recommend it.
I didn't think Blush was believable either. I'm just talking about whether or not the plot is logically coherent. s t believable that so-and-so would do this in this situation? Compared to Beck and Monster, it is far more believable in that respect. Personally, I don't think you should just write someone off like that, but I get where you're coming from. It's just not a universally held point of view.
My problem is that I can't get "thrilled" by a plot unless it makes sense. That's why I can't get into beck or monster. They're too illogical. Blush is kind of amateurish, but it feels a lot more organic and less contrived than beck or monster.
so after reading your fairy tail manga review, i got curious to see the compatibility...

am glad u love honey and clover so much that its your no.1 ... its a very special anime for me personally ... i only rated my fav anime and mangas and your top list is certainly very very good ... i'll be looking for some great recommendations from you ...
I would just like to point out that you're arguing over someone else's opinion of an anime / a franchise. Saying that anothers opinion is wrong when they have given examples of why they have said opinion without actually reinforcing your own with more examples is simply pointless baiting. admittedly Petch may be what seems like badmouthing the series to you but he never said the series was actually bad. Simply that - and I emphasise, - his opinion of the series is that others overrate the series because of his given reasons.
have a good day.

They do not have to make moving a boulder take 4 episodes. Nowhere in the manga does it say that "this is a 4 episode anime arc". This was a decision made by the production company. This was a BAD decision by the company because it could have been covered just as well in 2 episodes. That's 2 episodes that could have been used for actual content wasted. And please point me to where I incorrectly used the word adaptation, because I don't think I ever did. You seem rather delusional and only read what you want to read. Is that why you think my English is bad? Because I can actually compose a coherent sentence, unlike you, so if you can't understand it I think this an issue with yourself.
If you thought my review was bad and non of my points are valid, try to actually pick some examples that counter my view of the show and explain why these examples prove my review a bad one. This is how arguments and discussions work, rather than just spouting 'lol ur so wrong'. We're all adults here, right?
I don't care what existed when you started reading it, the world doesn't revolve around you. It is a franchise, and telling me that "it's not a franchise" (note: "it's" is present tense, were you perhaps looking for "wasn't"?) is incorrect. It's like you were just trying to find flaws with whatever I said. And you failed.
AGAIN, stop putting words into my mouth. Me telling you that popularity doesn't always guarantee quality DOES NOT mean that I am saying "everything that is popular is bad". Stop making baseless assumptions and actually read what I've typed next time.
You are, however, correct that they didn't make this show for a guy like me. They made it for edgy 15 year olds that will eat any old shit up and ignore any and all criticisms of the show.

So, again, what exactly is your point?

2. MC wants to exterminate this entity
This isnt even an argument

I like sexual content when it's done well.

Only Nakamura is a Psycho, and Haruhi is... well... Haruhi.
