1) "Art's on the cover, music's pretty mediocre, protagonists are slightly developed while everyone else is really shallow (but still hilarious)".
Hilarious? Where? They were shallow and underdeveloped. Period.
2) "The ending to an anime is usually either good or bad. This particular series is more of an in between. only because the ending didn't give enough of an ending".
That is a typical bad ending.
3) "I was very confused and bothered Time traveling in anime does that"
Oh really? I watched Toki Wo Kakeru Shoujo, and I was neither confused nor bothered.
4) "You could easily cut out the middle episodes, middle meaning 3 to 11".
We both agree in this, but then why scoring it with a 7? Does not 7 mean "Good"?... That does not sound good at all!
5) While there was some character development between the two protagonists, that's about it. They're nice but they're irrelevant"
Same thing I said on 4. Why scoring it with "7" when your review basicly destroys the show (that's good, it sucked)?
6) It's definitely worth the time."
Is it? Anyone who reads the first half of your review thinks the right opposite!
7) if you over-analyze a magic trick and figure it out it sucks. Same with this show. Don't think about it too much, you'll just facepalm later either way"
Cinema is not a passive exercise of inactivity. You're supposed to think through it, live it, criticize it, think, and Seikimatsu fails in all of that, and it's not even entertaining.
well i just wanted to see how much time ive spent if i included the anime i've seen as a little kid. but my time now is just made up of anime ive seen after I started getting into it, if you get what i mean.
Btw if you plan to read Ga-Rei, i suggest watching the anime first because it's the prequel to the manga

Finishing this, all good for you. Cheers.
Compare the background of each character and realize he is not.
Also the directing in that show is horrible.
