I wrote my own library for using the API. It needs to be cleaned up a bit, but I'm thinking of putting it up on GitHub pretty soon. I've been stalled on it for a while focusing on other things for some time. but I plan to get back to working on it within the next month or so. I'd be happy to share whatever I have at that time, I'll let you know once I've added everything to GitHub.
