Yeah, I am not a fan of slice of life/romance.
My favs go in this order Psychological > Dystopia > Thriller.

I can suggest you some decent animes if you'd like, I haven't really read many mangas. So I'm not sure which are you asking for :c

The first thing that comes to mind is 20th Century Boys, it's somewhat similar to both. You can also give Naoki Urasawa's other works a try (Pluto and Billy Bat), they share Monster's atmosphere and plot twists.
As for Punpun, I think you'll like Solanin (By the same author) and Homunculus.

Sorry, I'm really busy around the house, painting and stuff, so I'm slow. Umm, it all depends on the mood, sometimes I rather read, sometimes I rather watch. But generally I pick anime over Manga. And I think it was amazing, I rated it 9 because I think it could've been a bit better. Samurai Champloo has lots of action and comedy, so I like it a lot. I wanna watch death parade too, but I don't know when I'll be able to. :(

If you could recommend me Manga, which one would it be? My fav genres are psychological, mystery, thriller, dystopia.

I'm not really into Manga, I haven't read anything other than Planetes, which I love and I was planning to read Naruto too. I think Evangelion might be a miss for me. This week I've finished Mirai Nikki in only two days, I've watched Black Cat up to ep 10 then I stopped so I can watch other stuff, I don't find it interesting enough, but I'll finish it eventually. Yesterday I've finished Patema Inverted and Hoshi no Koe, then started Samurai Champloo and from the 6 eps I've watched, it seems like a jackpot. How about you, what are you watching/reading? Also sorry for the wall of text. Here, you can have half of this cookie.

I enjoyed it a lot, the pace was good, and I always tend to enjoy dark and intense manga. If you enjoyed it I would highly recommend Aku No Hana. It may seem weird at first, but it gets really intense. Don't watch the anime though lol it's so different.

You do too, I've heard Deadman Wonderland, Neon Genesis Evangelion and Madoka Magic are amazing. I haven't watched them yet, but they're on the list.
