In a way, it is funny that you were thinking of saying the same thing that I did. But I'll also say that it is good when you know that someone out there has the same type of feelings about things that you do. :)
There were a lot of series that I used to watch back when I was little. Being an American, I also grew up watching shows like Bug's Bunny and many other American cartoons. So for me, I didn't think there was any difference between the shows because they were all in English. I would just think that anime shows and American cartoons were all the same.
I'm not sure if all of those similarities are a good thing or a bad thing for us. It can make our conversations really short if we just agree on everything. :P
You're not the only one that does that. I have a friend that I talk to on here and she also watches some series that aren't on her list instead of watching the series that are on there. I starting watching anime by looking at some local channels that showed cartoons in the morning. I didn't even know what anime was. I would just wake up and look at the shows that were on TV. :P
I don't really celebrate anything at all. So in a way, I guess we can say that we almost have something else in common. :P
What anime are you watching? As for me, I am just watching some videos online.
Yeah, that is very true. I feel that life is stressful enough, it just makes life even harder when you take on the stress of others and place it on your shoulders as well.
But anyway, how are you doing today? :)
There are times when overthinking things can be a good idea but you need to learn how to balance things and not do it all the time. And I get what you mean about being neutral when it comes to things. I have been in so many situations where people have tried to drag me into their shit and I just sit back and keep my hands clean. :P
Ah... perhaps I should've worded it better. I'm not the best when it comes to describing stuff. ;3;
But yeah, the game follows a subscription-based system in order to maintain itself, so the players have to pay a subscription fee to keep playing. (there's also that other thing of large expansion packs that get released)
However, when you buy the game and create your account for the first time, it gives you 30 days of playtime for free.
After that, you have to pay a subscription fee to keep playing, which is why I recommend playing it straight after you've bought the game and created an account; so that you can see whether it's worth it to keep playing with a subscription after those 30 days have passed.
And yeah, I remember Aomi saying that, and a few others I think... or not. Could just be Aomi and you who thought that.
Kinda made me aware that I was giving off that kind of impression at times. :p
I just feel that there are times when differences can be fun when it comes to talking to someone. You get to compare the things that you like to the other person and even find out about new things that you'll end up liking. I have found so many new movies and other things thanks to the fact that I talk to a lot of people that like things that I didn't know about at first. I feel that I tend to end up over thinking things and that causes the stress on my side. I'll come up with the right answer for something and then I'll convince myself that it is wrong. Instead of 2+2 being 4, I'll end up talking myself until the point where 2+2 will end up equaling 9. I don't even like being in the middle. I stand on the side and watch everyone else go crazy. :P
Having that talk about the game put you back in the mood to play it. That happens to me at times. :)
That is what I think as well. Another thing that you can find out from talking to people from other countries is that how different their cultures are. It is funny when I am talking to someone from another country and I am telling them about things that are pretty common to me but they have never heard of them. It can be like a soda or candy and I'll be talking about it and the other person won't know what I am talking about. Then I guess that I will have to do some research on that game and see if I like it one day.
I'm horrible at making decisions when it comes to most things. :)
It's safe to say that you're not the first to think that. (°ω° )
I suppose it's because of my timidness and just general politeness when being spoken to.
I failed to mention this on my last message (and for that I'm sorry ;-;), but FFXIV has a 30-day free trial with purchase, so I would at least recommend to try it out within that timeframe, just to get a feel for it and whether you'd want to continue afterwards or not! (Unless, you already knew. :p) And if you do eventually try it out, you'll find me playing on the server Lich.
A mission success for the uniqueness, then, haha :3
You have my thanks for finding those short bursts of creative writing entertaining. I have a "If one person enjoys them, then it's a success" mindset, so it makes me smile and sometimes blush a bit when someone says that. Quite motivating too.
Hmm, I hear Dissidia is quite good, based on what someone I know said. Maybe I should try that too, since I have it.
And yeah, FFXIV is a great game. If you're cool with MMORPGs, then this is one of the more decent ones out there. A great story and an overall friendly community to boot.
You are making a whole lot of sense to me. I even feel that talking online makes things easier since you are being allowed to find and meet people from all over the world that you wouldn't have the chance to in any other ways. Just think about it, being online allows you to cross all countries and time zones and have conversations whenever you want to. I mean, my closest friends from the last few years have been people that live in countries that I have never been. I never played either one of those games before, I would be lost even thinking about playing them. :P
We do have something else in common. My advice tends to suck as well. :)
Cryptic, huh. Never really saw it like that. Although to be fair, I am the one who thought of that username, haha
( ^∀^)
I guess we're both on the same boat; I'm not that active there anymore as well, and osu! in general. I'm more invested in other things these days. (That 'thing' being Final Fantasy 14 at the moment..)
Still though, I didn't think you'd recognise such a username, let alone the user behind it. Other than playing some of those forum games, I don't think we've ever had a conversation so I was kinda surprised by the random message. o:
The more that you talk the more that you are starting to sound like me. I'm far more open online than I would be in real life. I also find that it easier to find someone to listen to your issues without judging you when you do it online. I also don't really fantasize about being in a virtual world, I can manage to stay in this world and still find things to be happy about. But as long as you feel connected with something then I don't see anything at all wrong with it. We all need to get those connections when we can. What online games do you play? I'm happy to hear that the roller coaster is going good for you right now. :)
In that case, the next time that I really go through something I'll make sure to ask you for some advice. :)
Now, if my memory serves me right, I only know of one Seren in that game. You must be the one that I saw in FG every now and then, aren't you? It's been quite a while since I've seen that username! :p

Oh, and thanks. I do like that avatar as well. :3
