How I organize my Anime List WATCHING: Now watching on a daily basis or in a marathon (I tends to complete one anime before moving to another one) COMPLETED: Like most other users, finished it completely ON HOLD: Watched partially but not at the level of Dropped DROPPED: Lost interest completely / Outlier of my preference (Didn't meant they are bad) PLAN TO WATCH: ... ...
Anime Rating practices!
1. Watched the Teaser/Compilation/Clip first (usually stumbled upon on social), and find it interesting.
2. Watched partially then decide if it's an Outlier of My Preference (usually not the case, since it has passed Step 1)
3. Unless certain, try not to rate if didn't complete 14ep (for anime > 28ep) / 50% (for short anime), because Later Episodes Might Be Redeemable.
4. Reference this Rating Rule proposed by another user.
(10) Masterpiece: While it might have some problems, those are so minor that they are hardly worth the mention.
(9) Great/Fantastic: Great piece of anime that might have some problems or personal nitpicks that I can't ignore but still love it.
(8) Very Good: Enjoyed the anime, had some more problems with it. But left me feeling satisfied in some way.
(7) Good: Good, but could have been better. Had some flaws; either personal issues with it or other flaws.
(6) Fine: A nice little anime, enjoyed it but just didn't love it as much as I could.
(5) Average: Had a lot of problems that I just couldn't ignore. But some stuff I did enjoy. Kind of meh.
(4) Bad: Maybe a couple of characters I enjoyed, or some sort of character development or music or whatever I enjoyed, but the rest I didn't.
(3) Very Bad: Got annoyed multiple times with the character(s) or certain scenes in the anime.
(2) Horrible: Disappointed in the way that the characters, character development and/or the story happened. Might enjoy one or two things, but overall was severely disappointed.
(1) Appalling: Ugh just awful. Where's the bleach?
