My scoring system generally works as it was in MalUpdater (MyAnimeList Updater) which I used with MyAnimeList before they they shut their API down in 2017/2018 (can't remember when it was exactly). The lack of API enabled apps to easily update and keep track of my anime and manga lead to me moving to AniList for a while.
10 is outstanding
5/6 is bland / meh / disappointing
1 is abysmal / the pinnacle of rubbish
Do note that this is how I personally feel about the anime, so me giving it a 5 doesn't mean that it's a bad anime. It just means that I didn't really enjoy it. Isekai wa Smartphone to Tomo ni. for example was a decent enough show. I loved the girls in it despite the lack of character building because it was simple. It's just that I found the entire anime (including but not limited to it's plot) to be too simple so it didn't really hook me into it. I finished watching it all as I was still interested but didn't feel like it was a particularly good or bad anime. It got a 6 from me because I didn't really find it to be all that appealing but it did make me interested in the characters enough to keep me watching.
I occasionally write notes in my anime list or actual reviews (such as for Mondaiji-tachi ga Isekai kara Kuru Sou Desu yo?) but they're amateur at best and mostly just describe how I feel about the anime.
