Glad you enjoyed it! A lot of people are turned off by the SOL stuff, but sometimes it's nice to have a story that doesn't involve the fate of the world. I also think Kira is the best villain in the series since he's just a (mostly) regular guy rather than the cartoony DIO. I didn't personally care for Part 5, but don't let that bias your experience.

Saw you finished Part 4 of JJBA. How would you compare it to other parts you've seen so far?

Tough to pick a favorite character when pretty much everyone except Ryouji has major baggage, but I think I liked Rei the most. Probably not surprising since I clearly have a thing for schoolgirls with short blue hair.

Not sure if I'll go back and rate every show I've ever seen, but I need to at least add ratings for the stuff I've watched since making a MAL account. I'd probably give NGE a 9/10 since there were some short stretches I didn't care for, but it's still up there with the best of them.

I saw you started Diamond is Unbreakable, which is my favorite part of JJBA, so hope you enjoy it!

It's hard for me to give it a numerical rating, but I loved it so much! I knew almost nothing about it going in, so I was pleased that it had such great character development, symbolism, and themes. I just watched End of Evangelion too and might actually prefer the original ending, but I still have a lot of questions that I need to research more haha. It's definitely going in my favorites even though it took me 25+ years to finally watch.
