I didn't think that I would pick up as many shows as the Fall season, but surprising they added up. I have my high expectation series (NieR, Trigun), my sequels (Vinland Saga 2, Tsurune - The Linking Shot), my potential gems (Giant Beasts of Ars, Kaina of the Great Snow Sea), and my gambles (The Fire Hunter and Revengers).

I saw the some seasons of Bungo Stray Dogs, but I wasn't motivated to pick up one of the sequel. I actually forgot that I saw two seasons and not just one season.

Which of the Winter season shows are you planning on watching?

It is definitely an intense show. I've got Given queue up after I finish either Zipang or Bastard‼ Heavy Metal, Dark Fantasy. Neither show made me want to prioritize watch them over some live action shows so I've been slow watching them.

Will you also be watching Cyberpunk: Edgerrunner, which is also on Netflix? I'm convinced that you'll enjoy it.

Are you liking Great Pretender so far? I thought it turned out to be a very good anime. I won't say more to avoid spoilers.

Wonderful! That's what I was hoping to hear. I didn't want to set my expectation on a music anime and then discover that it isn't a focus of the story. Thanks for the insight!

What's your take on Given? Is the music aspect the primary focus of the anime? Or is it foremost a BL story?
