Well you may not be too surprised I don't take too much interest in Indian media but I did read what Ganguly said - who do they think they are Australians :P
Anyway England do look like the best team in the world - they certainly have worked hard under Strauss and Co. - the real challenge is when we play over in India over the winter
Well if we can stay in bat all day and a little bit of tomorrow I think we will be ok - pretty tall order especially as Trott won't be batting this game anymore
Yeah I suppose Sachim fever in India is probably equivalent if someone wrote nasty things about Lady Di over here
Not sure we played very well yesterday - if it were not for Swan and Broad putting on 70 odd runs it would have been embarrassing
Was not even aware of the Liew article till you mentioned it - I am sure the article was not mean't to be malicious but judging by the reaction in India it's been taken the wrong way
More sloppy journalism than anything else if you ask me
Yes Cook certainly showed potential then, but like all sports people they tend to loose their focus, glad he's on form but tbh I think it was alot about the bowling and the pitch. Oh silly fielding did not help
...and no not surprised if a player plays well regardless who he plays for always gets my respect :)
I too would have liked more wickets but my theory was that if we could have beaten the aussies at the Gabba we would win the series, so the series is well set to be a cracker.
Looking forward to friday, shame as gone are the days I could stay up most of the night and watch the ashes - can usually just make it to lunch and then need to crash

Yeah Cooks innings was blinding - plus our highest test score since the 30's
But still pretty disappointing India did not even give us a proper game

Not sure what's up with Swann but good to see Finn get his five -
Just need to bat all day now and we might get a draw
