I have a lot of shows I really need to see on my 'To Watch' list so I probably won't ask for any recs til I complete a good number of those :P though I definitely know who to ask when that time comes, I can only hope to be able to have seen as much anime as you, maybe I'll get there someday ^^

Mm, yeah it's hella good so far. I've never seen a merchant themed anime, but I like how it's so well incorporated into the story line- even with the idea of Holo being a wolf and all it's quite interesting the direction they take the plot.

Mm yeah, I know what you mean. Same with me, especially to my anime list, I don't pay attention to plot, story line or character development or such but rate out of pure enjoyment. For some reason, I have a feeling that for the second season of Spice and Wolf I will probably give it a 9. And that, for me is pretty high.

I'm actually planning to watch Golden Time once it's finished airing- I lose it just having to wait a week to watch the next episode D: But I'll definitely get to it, I've been hearing a lot of good things about it.

Ah, yeah. Special A has actually been on and off my 'Plan to Watch' list for awhile. Mostly because I'm slightly discouraged to watch it because I hear its like Maid-sama, but a bit more annoying in some way as in the girl takes a little longer to fall in love with the guy or something like that. But on the other hand, it's because it's like Maid-sama which is why I kindof want to watch it :/

But, you've watched both, hey? What's your opinion on the two and how are they similar?

No problem with the sudden recommendation btw. The more, the better for me- especially since you like a lot of what I like.

Anyways, I'll recommend to you these two: Yoake Mae Yori Ruriiro na: Crescent Love and White Album 2

Yoake Mae Yori Ruriiro na: Crescent Love is one of the most solid romance anime there is out there- in the sense that the story is 'finished' and that there's really nothing left to add to it. The romance is nice and the art is quite good as well (2006 anime).

White Album 2 is one heck of a romance-slice-of-life where you will definitely pick one of the two girls and hope they succeed in getting the guy. Probably one of the most realistic slice-of-lifes there is out there that falls into the romance category imo.
