Hey mate, sorry for the super late response bro, med-school got really rough for a while so I didn't have time to respond, but now that it's my college break I finally got some free time to write back lol
heck, now that I have a lot more free time I might start Space Brothers, the episode count is daunting, but if I can get the feel for it in just episodes then that makes me excited to give it a shot, some series with a large episode count straight up jump the shark after a while, so they could do way worse then spamming some posts
also, I am glad to see you plan on checking out Tearmoon Kingdom, it gives me a pretty similar vibe to Ascendance of a Bookworm (which also gives me a similar vibe to Apothecary Diaries which is airing right now and has been pretty enjoyable so far)
also, World Trigger is definitely worth a shot, there is simply no other story like
the main cast is a treat to watch, and the secondary cast is big but full of personality, while also adding variety to the fights since each one found different ways of utilizing the same skills, which also makes the world feel lived in. However, the main thing that contributes to the world-building is the amazing power system with creative applications and a hunter X hunter level of depth, with the important distinction of it being science fiction-based, which makes the approach inherently different and refreshing
because tbh I just think it's really nice to have some cool sci-fi action anime for a change, like in this fight: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VVnQjjMZezg (this fight also doesn't have any big spoilers, and shows a lot of the different sci-fi weapons of the show, which I think have a nice vibe to them)
the fights are also really clever, It is hard to show some of the creative fights to give you an idea of how they are used without spoiling a lot or making it confusing without explaining the power system first, but this video might be a good example of it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Dk9mBJUKBsw
(in it we can see them using the general concept that basically all the characters fight by controlling fake "robot bodies", in a creative and unexpected way, like using specific body parts as decoys, fighting without some limbs, and sacrificing comrades like they are paws in a game of chess ((since they won't actually be harmed, so they don't have to worry about friendly fire))
however, it has some problems, like how at First it suffers from some of the same problems as some parts of the anime adaptation of One Piece
by that, I mean the animation for the first season is a bit lacking not the best in the industry, since it was a toei anime made to air on Saturday mornings every week from 2014 to 2016, so they couldn't always put out their best work, besides that, the episodes are actually more like 15 minutes each, when you actually fast forward the stalling the long and unnecessary recaps at the start of every episode (which is thankfully easy to do)
there is a lot more that I could praise the show about, but this comment is already pretty long, if you need a little more convincing to see if the series is for you, this video is a really great watch: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ctz7cYtzktY&t=14s
anyway, sorry for the long response bro, I hope you have a great day :)
I can see you also have great taste and watched many hidden gems
seeing your profile also reminded me I have to see Space Brothers, I am sure I will love it but I keep delaying watching it because there are so many episodes, but I am sure it will be worth it when I do :)

however, after season one the unnecessary recaps are done and the series is consistently beautifully animated: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RGMmKpwZQ38
