Sup, man. Welcome back to MAL. I haven't been very active lately myself, due to work and whatnot. I have been following the seasonal stuff for the most part, although I've fallen behind on some of them. Most shows from last season were average to decent, with only a few being genuinely good in my book. But most were definitely still enjoyable. I probably won't be following many shows from this season, as I will continue to be very busy with my job. Will be watching One Punch Man and Owarimonogatari for sure, though. How about you? Which shows from this season interest you the most?
Hello, everyone! I'm sending out this newsletter to inform everyone of a competition that the Slice of Life Club is currently hosting! If you're interested in voting on character polls, cute girls and/or winning a profile picture or banner, then keep reading!
The Slice of Life Club is hosting a Moe Competition! The competition will go on from now until September. I've split all of the characters up into four different groups. Each group will come down to a finalist and all four finalists will face off in a championship round. In total, there will be five different voting rounds (including the championship round). As promised back in November, the winner of the competition will be featured on the club layout and the finalists will have a special card edition made in their honor.

But wait, there's more! Are you interested in winning a profile picture or a banner? If so, >click here< to find out how!
The Slice of Life Club is currently looking to hire some more admins!

I think last season's lineup was overall really good. Golden Time and White Album 2 are no doubt some of the best romance shows I've seen in some time, while other shows like Little Busters: Refrain and Nagi no Asukara are consistently fun as well. Other stuff like Strike the Blood, Kill la Kill, and Unbreakable Machine Doll are quite entertaining, too. I can only hope that 2014 will be just as good as 2013; or better yet, even more awesome.
Thanks man. Happy New Year's to you as well. I haven't watched the final episode of monogatari yet; will comment once I finish it. Nice to know that you finally have some free time for anime~ Have fun.
Yeah, that's probably for the best. Aside from Monogatari, there are other good shows like Attack on Titan, TWGOK 3, and Railgun S; while other shows such as Kami-nai and Watamote are worth watching, too. But yeah, take your time with these.
Well, I've been reading a light novel called Hakomari and so far it has been really awesome. The plot is both complexing and interesting, reminds me a bit of Steins;Gate's, actually. So, yeah, I would recommend that one for sure. Then there's some great manga I read (well, doujin to be exact) recently. These are Chikan Otoko and Onanie Master Kurosawa. If you like romance/comedy, then you should consider picking them up when you have the time. Last but not least, there's Fate/Zero the light novel, which in my opinion is even better than the anime series, due to its far greater detail in fleshing out its characters.
So to hear about your troubles, hope your able to pull through it.
As for any good shows aside from Monogatari, well Kaminomi 3 is indeed great, DxD 2 is highly enjoyable, Love Lab is hilarious, Gin no Saji [same author as FMA] is solid, Dangaronpa is a little rushed but enjoyable, Kami-nai is very nicely animated and has a great setting, and SxS is hilarious SOL [kinda like Working!].
Doing pretty good, my summer is over though so I'm back in school D:, aside from that though I'm doing pretty good :P
Hmmm well if you are referring to this season, I suppose Monogatari would easily be the best, but that said their are plenty of solid shows out. Kami-Nai, Love Lab, DxD New, Fate/Iiya, Dangaronpa, Kaminomi 3, Gin no Saji, etc. Of course their are always continuing shows also like Shingeki, HxH, and Railgun S.
So whats up? you been reading/watching anything lately?
Oh, hey. It's been a long time since we have last talked. I'm doing well, though my summer break is just about over. School's going to start next week for me. I see you're busy, yourself...
Hmm, there are plenty of good stuff I would recommend. For starters, you should probably check out Monogatari Second Season when you have the time. It's been just as great as its prequels so far, and since you have Bakemonogatari in your favorites, I'm sure you will love it. I'd suggest more shows, but I think for a busy person, one at a time wouldn't hurt. :3
