I thought it was really good too, one of the underrated titles of the season. I'd be interested in a sequel since I think the setting has a lot of worldbuilding to play with. I should probably rewatch it with a pair of nice quality headphones.

I saw it being mentioned as an underrated short manga around a thread on Reddit, so I became curious then stumbled upon your review. Machiko Kyou is severely underappreciated.

I felt like I had to leave a review on it, considering how small the possibility of finding the manga was in the first place and how much I adored it. I actually went ahead and ordered the volume off Amazon Japan despite not knowing how to read Japanese. Something in my mind is just telling me that I have to have it hard-copy. I hope it gets some more attention as well, I'll be recommending it until the day I die

Too bad, most of her works are not available online (in English). Some of her works are not even approved here.

I see. I like reading lesser-known manga too but most of them are either hard to find or not completely scanlated :(

Are all the manga in your list available online? I think it'd be easier to find something to read in your list since browsing is kind of a drag.

Woah, it's my first time to see someone that have both Mitsuami no Kamisama and Mikako-san in their favorites. Even Kyou, Machiko too.
