I'm Aquasprite, or Aqua for short. Please enjoy your visit to my small corner of the internet, or at least one of them.
I started properly watching anime during the summer of 2018, but my favourite movies have been Laputa and Castle of Cagliostro since forever. I don't like to specify which genres or types of anime I'm specifically into, since I believe pretty much anything can be good as long as the circumstances are right.
There's still a lot of things out there left for me to see, including too many series that should have finished by now; I end up saying "I've been meaning to watch that" way too often.
Of course, my ratings are all 100% accredited¹, so you can feel safely assured that my scores, as well as anything else you may read here, are completely accurate!
If you have any problems regarding my scores or notes, feel free to direct any feedback towards my complaints inbox!
I'd prefer it if you didn't add me as a friend out the blue, so if you would like to send me a friend request, please attach a message or leave a comment along with it. Ask about anything!
Glad to see I'm not the only one lacking time to finish everything lol. Deca-Dence was definitely not what I was expecting, but an absolute banger! Merry Christmas & a happy new year!
Oh shit, thanks for checking the review out, man. I remember seeing something about Madman bringing the film to Australia, but I think it was only for select cinemas, plus, I couldn't wait to watch it anymore, lol. Anyway, I'm honoured by your praise, so thanks. I'm glad I could provide some catharsis for a film so lacking in it, despite it being the (supposed) grand send-off. And, of course, I'll check out your reviews when you post 'em; your PFOR one was really good.
it depends on how much time you have, i would recommend the original Gundam series from 79, if you don't have the time for 43 episodes tho the movies are good, especially the third one.

and for after if you liked it, Gundam Zeta is exceptional, Gundam ZZ can be controversial with its tone but it grew on me a lot, the movie Char's Counterattack and Turn-A Gundam which is a huge favorite. Also definitely recommend watching F91, its pacing is very weird but it's beautiful, and the opening scene is chilling (Gundam The Origin i would only watch after the original series at least, it's very fanservicy but i enjoyed it)
i also liked the first thunderbolt movie and Hathaway's Flash as far as modern gundam goes, and if you want a very fun shonen fanservice, Gundam Build Fighters is a lot of fun
I'm genuinely happy at least one of my recommendations has satisfied you! I wasn't too sure what to go for given the prompt, but I'm glad it resonated with you.
I´m glad you enjoyed both Black Cat and Taishou Otome. I like them both very much, that´s why I recommended them lol :D But yeah, I´m really glad you like them and would appreciate your feedback once you finish them.
No rush. You will get to Jormungand when you will have time. That one is kind of harder to read as it does have almost zero comedy and it´s topics are generally more darker than other two.
It´s okay. You can always recommend something that you enjoyed that I never get into. There is way too much manga published. I´m actually thinking about checking out Oddman 11 that you have in favorites. I finished few manga from it´s author Sayman Dowman and they are quite different and weird in a way that they are actually enjoyable (at least for me).
