I've been watching anime since I was around 3 years old and reading manga since probably around 8 years old. One of the first anime I watched completely was Sailor Moon, and the first manga I completed was Fruits Basket.

People often refer to me as a bibliophile because I pretty much always have my nose stuck in a book during my free time. I don't watch anime anywhere near as much as I used to back when I was still in school. I love a good anime, but there's so many series that, unfortunately, just never make it that far.

My goal is to reach 1,000 owned volumes in my personal library before the end of 2024. Currently, I own 441 volumes across 116 different series. My interest vary widely. I've read everything from Cardcaptor Sakura to Bleach to We Can't Do Just Plain Love. If it's got a decent story and at least a little bit of romance, I'll probably give it a try. Shoujo/Josei seems to be what I lean towards the most~!

My biggest turn offs to reading a series is when there's lots of back-and-forth love triangle drama. If it resolves in a few chapters, that's fine. But there's some series where it feels like they rely way too heavily on that instead of the numerous other tropes that are available.

I'd like to think that I'm a fairly easy-going person and I'd love to have more friends that I can talk to about manga and anime. Feel free to send me a message or a friend request!
