I agree with ur "Would I suggest this anime? .... Yes... but to someone who just wants to watch something maybe as a change of pace or a break from a anime they just watched with a really deep storyline" cause I'm watching Letter Bee at the same time as To-Love-Ru and it's hard to finish either series at one go.
Well, but To-Love-Ru is a bit too plotless and the fanservice and ecchi is not really that motivating==. Cause there are much better shows with such themes like Macademi Wasshoi!. Even the harem aspect is quite poorly done. Most of the main cast seem like supporting crew that have no choice but to be put in there.
Currently at ep 17, watching TLR cos S2 is coming lol. And again, nice review!

That is weird. The back and forth between ghetto and normal. I guess you could say he's an actor of sorts. His whole account is nothing but one big lie.
XD It probably would scare us. He could be female for all we know. His gender used to say male, now it's unspecified. Who the hell knows? I still think he's a guy though for a lot of reasons.
