i list only anime as complete if i already watched every episode of it...
most of my anime on-hold ~ i almost watched most of the episodes but skipped some part because i only watched it on tv...
i complete anime series when i download it or sometimes i watch it online..
i ♥ romance, comedy, slice of life, supernaturals, school, mystery, harem, action...
i am not that of a manga reader.

I'm most of a plot lover ^^ I don't really care if it's moving or not as long as the plot is interesting and has sense.
So I would say I'm fonder of manga than anime
It has nothing to do with the GREAT crossover story that Tsubasa and xXxHOLiC make...
And that's counterproductive for Tsubasa because, unlike xXxHOLiC, where most of the episodes are individual, Tsubasa is an adventure story with a logical order and it depends a lot of xXxHOLiC to make it work, so that anime was doomed from the begining. At least, in my opinion =S The producers just exploded the fact that there were loads of beloved CLAMP characters and the love between Sakura and Syaoran to trap the fans. It would have been SO much better if they had stick to the manga.
Oh, and I saw it many years before reading the manga, and even then the story didn't really impressed me, so I dropped it after a few episodes.
About Galaxy Angel: I just don't like it when anime relies too much into fanservice xP And it doesn't really make me laugh anyways... The plot is not big deal; I've seen stories like that before... way better stories =S And the characters didn't caught my attetion...
You, in the other hand, have rated very high loads of anime xD Why did you rated Naruto with 9? With all its useless invented arcs... =S
