I Love animes that has ethier some or all romance between the main character that has a good story line!. Whether it has comedy in it (like lovely complex) or supernatural (ex. vampire knight) also drama romance like the main character has a bunch of guys who like the girl
(like La Corda Doro) or one sided love animes where the girl trys to win the guy over
(such as final approach)

Ah, I mean, a screensot of the character I didn't see... but not important, I was just curious what it was.
For start, I guess, I would recommend YuruYuri. It's a true masterpiece, a very hilarious Anime, full of Yuri!
If you like it, I'll recommend you a lot more.
Also... though you said you don't realy read Manga...
in case if you would read, I recommend for start;
the famous and epic Girl Friends. First Yuri Manga of many (- not mine though, the first one I read was YuruYuri)
and
Ameiro Kouchakan Kandan. Which is my favorite. A very beautiful and romantic Manga!
