You should use the rubber band technique where every time you think of Anime you snap your rubber band on your wrist. Or, make it easier and punch yourself in the face. [insert smiley face with a sore eye]

I would probably do a schedule. Like I would watch 1 episode of different Anime everyday at a specific time right after finishing my studies.

I also find it hard to watch an Anime because it really gets tedious that easily. So I try to keep up with the ongoing ones.
