The latest chapter was a climax and the author ruined it by putting a 10 page NTR sex scene. Its not even just that, too much filler..for what? It's anjoying.
Eh, i like to show others my "tastes", in a way i can meet new people that like these animes/manga. Also, i know how to distinguish a watchable and terrible show(aka, curiosity to see) from an unwatchable and terrible show, like the one with the mystery thing where the girl is dead or something or tenjina senpai.
Simply one awnser: i watched pearl and black as a kid and decided to add those in. Need to update the dates. First season i just dont have time and origins is truly the one i watched. Pathethic, right?
There's a few reasons specified in the review. Looking back, it's mostly in how the comedy scenes were handled and adapted to a new medium. If those scenes aren't landing often for someone, I don't think it's hard to see why it would get tiresome for them.
What’s up, yeah Kenshin is fantastic so far, I really like it, so many great characters. And as for Geass, the show just wasn’t for me, thought Lelouch was cool though.
all of the above, but for me it was primarily the delivery of the jokes, especially in the first few episodes. the same jokes just dont work as well as they did in the manga, sometimes its because of the simplified art style, or awkward pauses, or something else. i just vividly remember watching the show and not laughing during scenes that made me laugh out loud, even during the 2/3. reread of the manga.
plenty of people have told me that gintama gets better later on etc, but i dont feel like sitting through a bunch of mediore episodes, just to eventually get something i might like.
saiki k is relaxing to watch, it gets me in a good mood.
i have mearly seen some random clips of DB on yt, and read 2-3 volumes (i dont remember which ones) at a friends place, some time ago.
