Been wondering why a lot of people were going nuts over the 3DCG anime Land of the Lustrous last season, proclaiming it to be their anime of the year. Well I dunno about that, but it is certainly one you should check out sometime soon.

Amazing animation! It sure packed more feeling than the average anime.

Hoping I can at least double/triple the shows watched by end of year. Only notable thing I watched this year is Assassination Classroom. Has a GTO sort of vibe but in a very wacky way.

Ah dang it. Hopefully someone will do the greatful deed of subbing it.

I almost jumped on the Overwatch train but decided to go thru my backlog on 3DS/PS4/Steam instead. Gotta get thru dem RPGs.

Late 2000's was the golden age to me. There are still some good shows out there but they seem to be far in-between. I am super picky with what I watch these days since I don't have as much time as I use to. I only finished like 3-4 shows this year... I gotta fix that. Been watching live-action and gaming more.

I finished Aldnoah.Zero... and it totally went to crap in the 2nd season. 1st season had some flaws but was somewhat enjoyable. Best thing was the music and the battles but that was it.

Cool. If you like the first few episodes, you're gonna get hooked.

Reminder that you should also give Kuroko no Basket a shot. All 3 seasons finished. Even one of the newer Gintama arcs (Joui reunion arc) did a parody on it.

I found out a few days ago too about Aria being an OVA... I wanted a whole season too but not going to get too greedy. Aria The Origination ended perfectly after all.

Hey! I don't get to watch anime as much as I use to but trying to watch more these days. Just got a pretty sweet IPS 27 inch monitor too.

So far the first few episodes of Aldnoah.Zero that I watched are intense. Not sure how it will turn out but the staff involved are big names. Gen Urobuchi (Fate/Zero, Mahouka, Psycho Pass) for story, Yuki Kajiura (Mahouka, Kara no Kyoukai, etc) as composer, and Kalafina for epic music, and mechs so freaking hard to not give it a chance.
