I don't rate on perfection. My ratings only reflect how much I enjoyed the anime, so the ratings will be often higher than the average and there will be a lot of 10s.
Anime that are comedy/slice of life heavy without any other significant developments will usually never receive 10 as there are a lot of shows that excel in pure comedy like (Spongebob Squarepants, South Park, Arrested developments .....).
I dislike
1) mindless {ecchi, tsundere/yandere behaviour & other fanservice}.
2) {thick headed , wimpy, moe blob } characters.
3) anime/manga that try to be pretentious in ideas and then fail on execution.

I like
1) happy endings, so naturally shows containing happy endings will be higher rated. I know, not everyone in real life can have a happy ending so that is not realistic but that's the beauty about fiction, that it can take us to worlds/scenarios not possible in real life. If I was too fixated on the real life depiction as an art , I would rather watch broadway shows not movies/TV shows/anime/other fiction.
2) shows that break the pre conceived notions of a genre and do it exceptionally well.
3) shows that don't insult the intelligence of people by explaining everything
