Yeah there's a lot of filler but it's fine as long as you skip them lol. Though I guess watching fillers once a week can be a pain in the ass /:

Nodame's main plot revolves around the music and the comedy, you'll be listening to classical music in almost every episode with some funny moments sorrounding the protagonists.

Romance doesn't play a big role, though it's present (mostly at the end). But there's a girl that falls in love with the MC since the very beginning, if you consider that romance, then yes, it has romance in every ep.

Is it worthy the 23 ep watch? Yes. I personally loved every single episode, but I can easily say the second half was better than the first one. The perfect mix of the music, plus the comedy and a little bit of romance, made this series one of my favorites.

Hmm, I consider the first one sickest, though I haven't watched any of the sequels. And only some bits of the original.

Btw, I'm watching Ano Hana soon~I've heard good stories about that one.
