I felt like they went decide to use these big topics for marketing reasons and not put any effort into it. It's quite common. (Sorry for late reply lol)

Well if I were to point out one main issue, it would be the characters. For a show about dissecting people’s personal issues and helping them fight their mental health, the characters are the weakest part of the show. The symbolism is too narrow since it puts a specific issue on a single person rather than multiple. Which makes it easy to put the blame on them.

You know I was going to mention something about Momoe but then I typed a whole paragraph and accidentally closed the tab and I didn't feel like typing all of that again. So tldr, I think she identifies as female but she's under social pressure to perform male or masculine characteristics.

I have a huge liking for Wonder Egg Priority. But the show can get too metaphorical and it can get vague.
