5: passable if I was very bored and I had nothing else on hand
6: not exactly a waste of time, but I'd have preferred something else
7: I liked it
8: I liked it a lot
9: great or almost perfect
10: I only give this score to the very best

Rules:
Only watch one completed anime at a time (but as many ongoing as I like.)
Only read two manga at a time (besides on-going ones I'm caught up on.)
Don't get into any new franchises for now.

Goals:
