heyy, so i saw you under the thread of a BSD hater, had no comments for him really but appreciated you for sticking it out. absolute rollercoaster of a season imo so i was jst wondering if you have even the slightest idea about season 6 ?

P.S. Sea of Thieves has always looked really cool! It has a Monkey Island update which interests me very much (this is my profile picture, one Guybrush Threepwood from Monkey Island)

An aside- my literal warmest memory in my life-- My grandpa (rest in peace) took me to buy a game at Egghead Software in Palo Alto as a kid. Were looking at maybe 1991, 1992. I chose Monkey Island 2, and at the time it was the best game I ever played. Maybe still is, I revisit it every few years. That's not the memory tho--

After finishing 2, that Christmas I asked for Monkey Island 1. My family and I went for a walk, I remember this vividly. During that walk, I asked if maybe, MAYBE I could open one present early and my mom said yes! holy shit, I really can?! I got home and played Monkey Island 1 on christmas eve for 3 hours and had the time of my fucking 7 or 8 year old life lol. I swear to you, no jokes, this is my favorite memory of my entire life.

So that's a big selling point on Sea of Thieves.

My *concern* with it is that it's only fun with 4 players. I'd definitely wanna go 2 so I could play with my lady, but we'll never have a consistent 4. I'm just too old and my friends all have real lives and kids and shit. It do be like that man.

Thanks for all your messages during my hiatus there! Sorry I haven't logged on in awhile. Alive and well, though certainly a lot of life commotion (moving, quitting job etc) and other interests (making music, a lot of gaming) has stalled anime for a bit and I don't think I've logged on in months. We're gonna finish up that arc of One Piece soon and fire up some Gintama after we get thru this X-Files rewatch (currently s6), and back to a bit of "anime variety" proper.

LOST s4 was my favorite overall. The flash-forwards were fucking cool and the storytelling was off the rails in a good way. Lean season, but a good one. S5 not as good and S6 has some problems too, but I'm definitely a fan the whole way thru.

Hope everything is well with you my dude, I'll be on later more when we lock back into some anime, until then may be a bit spotty still.

It's really good especially the talkings and meetings. It's just so fun to read the world building. Manga is really good too. But it doesn't seem to translate well in anime format especially this season where there is lot of meetings, cause it's just still frames. You can check out the manga first and if you like it, continue to read the Light Novel.

Yes, it was incredible, 10/10 arc that would be rated 9.5 on MAL if it had a separate action.

I would not be able to bear the painfully slow pace, so I have not started Egghead yet, but now, I will look forward watching it even more. Thanks!

Pretty much the same honestly, I like GOT only till season 4 , season 5 and 6 also good but not as good as the first 4
