He's Hajime Hinata from Danganronpa videogame franchise, more exactly, he's the protagonist of Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair. There are anime adaptations, but the game where he is from wasn't adapted. Instead, they created original animes to end the story and cover some background topics of the games.
