Well I certainly won't be watching anymore of it so you might as well spoil it for me. I'm quite curious to know WHAT could be the cheesiest twist someone could think of. Except for 'Oh everyone died but they're not really dead loljk'
You pretty do the same as me. If you go into it with low expectations, then you can't even be mad if it's terrible but like you always get that one show every season that just blows your mind and not in the good way either.
You are a masochist straight and simple. I used to be like you but then I took too much shit anime to the knee. Oh god that was terrible.
You are absolutely right about Absolute Duo. I watched a few episode here and there and stopped immediately. Cringe worthy doesn't even begin to describe it!

You hit it bang on the money there. Of course Shounen is predictable, I think that's how it's designed after all. As long as it keeps the viewer engaged and wanting more, then predictable is fine. Of course if it's just plain boring, I don't think anything will help at all. Although when you get that odd shounen show that is full of surprises, that's when it's amazing.
I won't read the manga yet then if they are sticking to it. :D

What I find with people who join the MAL community is that it either makes them, or breaks them. In all kinds of ways :D
I too, am A Okay thanks. I have watched the first episode and I have to admit, it was quite...fast paced. Not that it's a problem but a lot of things are just not clear cut. I'm gonna guess that things will be explained better later on in the series but for a first episode, not enough information. What were your thoughts?
