I'm glad you liked it. Yeah the overall plot does have a lot of symbolism in it that went over my head too. I watched Utena on Youtube so I read some of the comments from the episode and, that helped me get a better understanding of what the director was going for.

The film was okay. It's not really necessary to watch, it's just a side story.

Hey, I see that you have finished Shoujo Kakuemi Utena! How’d you like it?

That’s great! I read it on this app called Mangareader in all color. It also had Steel Ball Run and some of Jojolion is full color. It’s crazy how adding color to the manga completely changes your reading experience. Yeah that’s great the you have the patience to wait until part 8 is finished. I have 3 more chapters until I’m completely caught up ^^’. It’s going to be weird not having any current Jojo stuff to watch or read for a little bit.

Yeah I was very confused by the ending too. After I finished Stone Ocean I was on YouTube and google for hours trying to figure out what in the world I just read. And I think Irene was in the other universe after Pucci reset it. But the Made in Heaven arc in full color looked beautiful. And yeah it felt pretty rushed and unfinished. But trust me Steel Ball Run won’t leave you with a weird or rushed ending.

I’m glad you liked part 6! The anime will be very fun! Did you get to read it in color? I do feel that the plot in Stone Ocean was weak as well. I do like the character dynamics in the part but, I would say that’s another weak part as well. I also feel that a lot of characters were under-utilized and we just got thrown into stand battles like every chapter and it got a little exhausting to read after a while. How’d you feel about the way Stone Ocean ended?

That’s exciting! I do think that SBR lives up to the hype. From the beginning it is much more slower paced than Stone Ocean but it’ll ramp up pretty soon. It’s going to get pretty * bizarre* pun intended lol.

I see that you are now 15 episodes in Shoujo Kakumei Utena. How are you enjoying it?

Yes! This part is very action-packed and crazy so it'll definitely be entertaining to watch!

Oh yeah that was a pretty interesting arc lol. I’m very excited to see this part adapted because the art is so beautiful In the manga especially when it’s in color!

Hey, I see that you have started Shoujo Kakumei Utena. I hope you enjoy it. It's one of my favorite anime of all time. You're in for a wild ride with this series ;)

I’m glad you are enjoying part 6 so far! I did get to read Stone Ocean and Steel Ball Run in color and some of Jojolion and it’s absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately through since Jojolion is still serializing I have to read the later chapters in black and white because they aren’t available in color yet :(


I would love to read Kaguya Sama and One Piece eventually. I’m trying to get more into manga and I only read about three manga at a time lol.


I think Akagi is great but yeah Mahjong is pretty hard to understand which kinda takes away my enjoyment from the show but I still really like it though. I like Akagi as a characters and the op is amazing m. And I really like the atmosphere. I think I like Kaiji better. Ads show and as a character. Since it’s just about gambling it’s easier for me to understand and Kaiji has a little bit of comedy in it and the stakes are higher.

I think Lotgh is excellent as well. I'm on episode 63 so I'm a little bit more than halfway through.



Out of the anime adaptations, part 4 is my favorite because it has a little bit of everything. I love SOL anime so, I loved that part 4 had a slice of life aspect to it. I really enjoyed part 3 as well but, I wouldn't say it's my favorite part. I am a manga reader for Jojo so out of the anime and manga part 7 is by far my favorite Jojo part. It definitely lives up to the hype!!! I hope you are enjoying Stone Ocean so far. I really like the character designs and the stands are truly BIZARRE lol *pun intended :)

I'm enjoying every show I'm watching currently. Especially Legend of the Galactic Heroes and Rose of Versailles. Utena is so good! I hope you get to watch it soon. It's in my top 10 favorite shows of all time. Also, what's your favorite Jojo part?
