Okay... been putting this off for a while... =P
Here goes:
My obsession with anime started 2 years back when I first picked up Bleach at a rental store, I didn't know that the story was about, just felt like watching something else other than movies at that moment. I didn't touch the discs until 24hrs before the rental is up... I started the first disc... It was hook, line and sinker! I spent the entire night watching the full 20 eps, literally watching til my eyes popped! O_O Thank goodness I was on a holiday!!! After that, it was like I am on anime dope... =P
I am always on a look out for new or old series to watch, I don't have one particular genre I stick to, I watch from sci-fi to romance. I do lean towards series that tend to have supernatural elements, action and comedy. I love the occasional good cry in romance and drama as well. =P Bottom line, good story, art and characters works for me!
I don't have a top ten list but these are the series I've watched in ridiculous amounts =P

Just finished it!!!
(I am not that into mecha and esp. the earlier Gundam series, I've caught them on and off on TV but Gndm00 really rocks!!! Never in a million years I thought I'll say this but Gundam is cool in this one! Story, Art, Animation, Characters, Songs! Everything!!!)
These are the current favorites that I am after but just biding my time till the series is finished or when it has enough eps to last me for 1 long sitting:
