I try and rate things on a 5 standard, as this seems ideal. I simply have not seen enough anime (and games) of sub par quality to warrant seven whole levels of hell. I have trouble enough filling five, as you can see. This is largely because I do a modicum of research before I watch something. Therefore most of the anime I have watched I expected to like, and was correct in my assertation.

It's still on my list to watch, though there's a bunch of shows that are ahead of it in line and it takes me ages to work my way through my backlog. Seems like the anime was a rush job of sorts, which seems to happen with adaptations from books even though it's totally avoidable. Anyway, I'll keep the books in mind when I get my backlog cleared out. Thanks for the tip!
