I could most likely see it but with other things around fat chance I will have any time for it.
Not for me put it this way.
Sanae might need more than Shinka's old self to get to the Dragon Slave. Linna suddenly coming would be hilarious imaginations style.
Well, The Walking Dead certainly seems to be more interesting now with the prison arc and the second episode was a fantastic conflict between the other prisoners. I was really pissed off when the old guy got bit in the first episode though. Like what the fuck, man. It's good that he seems to be okay - albeit crippled - since he was probably my second favorite character behind Rick. It's one of the only Murican TV shows that I find interesting so it's good that it's gone up in quality rather than stagnate.
You should accept that Rikka is the cutest Chuuni, you silly person.
Also, since the fall season is in full swing now, you should definitely give Magi, Psycho-Pass, and JoJo a try. They are some of the best of the season by far.
I have mixed feelings with the first two episodes of Dexter's seventh season. It's a fantastic direction to go with the story but the way Deb accepts that he's a serial killer so easily as a lieutenant in the police force felt a bit odd and out of character. Of course, she loves him so it makes sense that she wouldn't turn him into the police, but there's a lack of despair and suffering in the second episode. I'm interested to see where the story will go though since he can't kill people anymore in his current position.
The Walking Dead airs in a few days too but I'm not super excited since the second season was kind of shit and dragged on for way too damn long with the farm arc.
It's been a while since we've had a regular conversation here on MAL, so out of curiosity, how is the anime situation going for you now? Seems like you've watched a fair number of titles recently including Manabi Straight which is one of my favorite slice of life series. Things should be interesting again once the fall season starts in a few days -- I can't wait.
thanks for all the recs you've given me; I swear I'll get around to watching more eventually C:
Anyhow, with all the urging and praise and what not I'll be ordering a copy of Totori online in the next week or so. I have nothing else to play the moment aside from the first Neptunia so I've got plenty of time for a new game. You should work on Aria Origination in the meantime whenever you find it possible in your schedule. It's really, REALLY good for reasons involving both cute girls and the inherent quality.
What other titles would you say come close to you for Breaking Bad? I could use some more titles to watch soon. Game of Thrones, The Wire, Sopranos, and Mad Men tend to receive the most praise from what I've seen on /a/ and /tv/. I'll follow Dexter S7 and Walking Dead S3 when they start this fall too.
Huh, Atelier has a negative reputation? I'm guessing it's /v/ or somewhere else where all the normalfriends congregate, since everybody I know so far who's played it is a huge fan of the main trilogy and thought it was amazing. The way it's primarily a slice of life and not so much story-focused has me really interested considering how unique that is for a JRPG. Of course, I don't expect it to take the spot from Neptunia as my number one favorite but it's inevitably going to be something very enjoyable. Sometime next month will be when I play, just gotta get through these two games first.
Keeping up-to-date with seasonal stuff is a pain in the ass a lot of the time since if you slack off and focus on your backlog instead for a couple weeks, the episodes are going to pile and pile up. If you watch 12 airing shows at once, that's already 24 episodes to watch if you fall behind for two weeks. Though of course if you watch each episode as it airs you won't have an issue.
Oh, Breaking Bad. Any thoughts on the latest few episodes? Season 5 has really turned it into something of a masterpiece quality, and I don't use that term lightly. It's quite easily the best TV series I've ever seen, and this includes anime by extension as well. Each episode is just complete and utter dread and I both loathe and root for Walter at the same time. I have no idea how this story is going to end when the last 8 episodes air next summer, but I can tell that it's not going to be a happy ending.
Have fun with Aria too, by the way. Origination will definitely make you cry tears and tears, so be prepared for that. There's also a ton of Alice so you'll find a lot to enjoy.
