Oh, I remembered a BL manga I was reading last summer that's finally complete! It's called Seven Days. It's one of my favorites. I suggest both you and your friend read it. ^^ Don't worry, there's nothing more than kissing.

Also, some BL (the term shounen ai is politically incorrect, the term is BL which is Boys Love) that I thought was good was Only the Ring Finger Knows, it was my first yaoi manga that had me searching for more... and that search led me to actual yaoi manga. Also, another BL manga is Donut Letter. Unfortunately I couldn't fully enjoy it because I was searching for graphic yaoi when I came upon it. Sorry for sending you so many messages, lol.

Since she wants manly men, I suggest stuff done by Naono Bohra. She's personally my favorite author. She has interesting storylines, a lot of demon stuff, but for the most part, they aren't exactly the type of story you described. Also, don't read

That describes a good chunk of yaoi. XD I can give some recommendations. It will just take me a little to go through and remember what they're about. Also, she might like Antique Bakery. It doesn't have sex unless you read the doujinshi.

well, the latest one is Guignol Kyutei Gakudan (Orchestre Royal des Guignols). I'm sure it has already been released in english 'cause I have it in italian. It's very beautiful! ^__^
