Hello, I'm Whammy. I'm currently an undergraduate majoring in Political Science, and I've had an interest in anime since the late 90s. It wasn't until the last few years, however, that I really got into it deeper than Digimon or Yu-Gi-Oh (although the former is still one of my favorites), and as such I've recently became interested in becoming an anime reviewer/blogger/thing.

Generally speaking, I've noticed my tastes seem to be primarily in slice-of-life and drama animes, with the occasional more action-based or comedy-based ones breaking up the routine (ex; Fate/Zero or Lucky Star). It's nothing personal against some of the more action-oriented genres, it's just a personal taste thing. With taking up a hobby in reviewing, however, I may begin to branch out into some of these other genres...or I might just specialize in slice-of-life XD. Whatever works, right?

As I mentioned, I'm a political science major, and I also have interests in psychology and economics. I'll probably try and keep more quiet about those.
