Accel World - School setting, super awesome romance, good action, and character development
Densetsu no Yuusha no Densetsu - Loved the romance in this one and most of all the awesome action.
Elemental Gelade
Kamisama Kazoku - Nice Rom-Com
Shingeki no Kyojin - One of the best anime of the year in my opinion, i loved the romance in this one.
Kokoro Connect: Michi Random - You forgot to watch the specials, this is where the good stoooof is.
Mirai Nikki (TV) - Another great romance, and yes i know she is a yandere but still a great anime with awesome romance :).
Busou Renkin - Good Romance and Super good action, romance takes a little bit to start.
