I would recommend the following anime:
You watched the first season of Zero no Tsukaima, you could watch the other seasons there's enough action and romance in them.
-Inu x Boku SS
-Kamisama Hajimemashita
-Toradora! (doesn't really have action, but its a must watch romance!)
-Chuunibyou demo Koi ga Shitai!
-D.N Angel
-Date a Live
-Inuyasha( old battle shounen, totally up to you if you wanna make time for a longer series. Either way it's a classic)
-Mirai Nikki
-Spice and Wolf, Spice and Wolf II
-Ranma 1/2(classic anime, longer series)
