I know the series is crap but skipping a couple of episodes to watch the ending is a bit stupid.

Yeah, "Rail Wars" really is a train-wreck.

Thanks. Was fed up with the hype people gave that show, especially when people kept saying it will become better....like 9 episodes later. If it was a long-ass series like One Piece or Monster I would have retracted my review(so as to give it a chance), but for it to be 24-26 episodes and already at episode 9 is a joke when so far nothing has happened for me to keep wanting to watch it.

I even gave the light novel a chance to give the anime the benefit of doubt but I was still left disappointed

I'm glad you were familiar with the guidelines for your first review. It was good for the most part, but there are only some immediate things I've noticed:

1) The "Story" category is only a summary. Since you rated it as a 6/10, it's important to say why you gave it that rating. How was the pacing? What were the flaws? The only thing you mentioned is how the story may be boring.

2) The "Character" part is good, but would it be helpful to mention supporting characters?

Your review was good for a first-time reviewer, but it'd be better if you focused on answering all questions for each category as stated in the Review Guidelines. Then it won't be so vague.

Some tips to consider--avoid using I in reviews. Changes your review from an impartial one to just someone with an opinion.

Also avoid mentioning other people.
