To answer your questions: Yes I live in Canada, Toronto to be specific. It's pretty nice but the weather can be unpredictable.
Spain sounds like a cool place to live. I haven't been out of my country at all so I mostly think everything is cool.

Yep, start with Sign! I don't know about the chronoligical story order (haven't completly watched the .hack// series yet) but it's always good to start in the order the anime got released :)
And yeah that's right, the Fate/ series is fantasy driven as well. A lot of people liked it so definitely worth a try ^^
No problem! And yes I would recommend Re:Zero! It doesn't seem like much at first, but it really gets good after a while! I would totally recommend it if you're not turned off by a lot of blood and all ^^
Sii es muy linda esa serie, yo la vi en emisión y se sentía horrible y genial a la vez esperar cada capítulo. *0* Pero si que lo valió. Pocos como ese... C: te envidio porque aún no haz visto tanto y te sorprenderás con varias series que son muy buenas (Nada como la primera vez jaja).
