At the very least I think it comes from a place of good faith, the dark stuff isn’t just for shock value. But all this ecchi juxtaposed with the story doesn’t help the messaging imo.
Good premise, fantastic concept, with unbelievably poor execution. As soon as Ray Pember and his Wife are out of the story it’s all downhill. And my god it gos far down. L was cool for a while at least.
