It is a greatly underrated series, but I am happy it's at least getting a home video release in the US even if it's years later...

Damn right! I've looked far and wide for an anime that takes place in a hospital that ISN'T a hentai and this was only one of two that I could find and it was just as good as I hoped it would be....well, almost. It would of been better if one of the characters died. I am a tragedy fan, I can't help it. I hoped it would get licensed in the US and after begging for months that someone license it, Rightstuf did!
