*I don't give shorts more than a score of 7 just because usually they're fast paced with little to no story.
Not all of my scores are accurate, however this is my current rating system:
1-3- I absolutely detest everything this anime has to offer, which is probably 0. The characters are probably nonexistent, no point was set up, no questions were answered, and I wasted my time. Kowabon is my only example so far, where If I was asked to describe this anime, I couldn't say anything good. At all.
4- This used to be the lowest score I'd give. It pretty much still is. The anime is bad, I find it completely boring, I didn't get the point of it, and/or I felt like I wasted my time. However, it's not completely awful. I probably laughed a little, or enjoyed one-two characters. Could be enjoyed although I don't recommend it.
5-Average. There's some things that are good but I struggle to watch it every week. 5s are also for anime shorts under a certain limit (if they're less than 13 episodes, usually) which I have tagged with "too short."
6-Fine. I like the series but it left a lot unanswered, was kind of slow, or just got kind of boring. It's most likely a pacing problem.
7-Good. These are usually for SoL anime. It's not over the top but I enjoy it every week.
8-Really good. Can't wait to see it every week. *May be flaws that interfere with a score of 9, however still looking forward to a possible second season
9-GREAT! Is this gonna get a second season?? So interested!
10- Masterpiece. Reserved for anime that I thoroughly enjoyed and gave me strong emotions.
I accept random friend requests, and club invites. Although, I'm not active in clubs.

How my list works:
Watching: All of my current watches, challenges, or VRV/Netflix watches (high priority)
On-hold: Things I lost motivation to watch but will complete eventually (medium priority)
PTW: Things I plan to watch that aren't related to a challenge or aren't on VRV/Netflix(low priority)

Well yesterday I watched like 15 episodes or something lmaoo
I didnt really do anything, I would watch these Pop the Balloon or find love episodes on youtube till I fall asleep. This balloon thing is funny asf cus people saying whatever they want and nothing makes any sense lol.
Other times I simply come home and fall asleep almost immediately.
The problem with this series is that everyone is doing it and most of the series are cringe and not very peofessional so you have to find the correct version.
Like in my family for example we have epilepsy and the ones who are affected do things that they don't remember doing or they might damage themselves in the process when getting a seizure.
Not really busy but I dont really watch much anime these days lol
Yes I dont think you will like Tonari, you might like a few characters but its hard to get through.
I personally dont think you need it either, you just need fresh air and find something that you really like/enjoy to keep your mind busy. However, I cannot say what works or dont works for you, neither am I a health professional lol.
I still didnt try the Mysterious Disappearances anime as yet lol.
Yes Tonari was boring, slow but very interesting at times. However, the ending seemed to have been rushed or something and the lore of the anime is incredible but they dont really "touch" on it much other than mentioning a few things here or there.

1 + 1 ya know
But I can watch maybe 25 a day.
The only problem I have is that I look on the wikia the same time while watching a series so I essentially "waste" more time lol

Well atleast its better than nothing and its a bit of progress.

Did you ever had an incident happen because of not taking medication?
I know people who started watching older ones alone because of that reason, which is a very good idea.
Oh, it's bipolar well then yes that certainly is different than depression.
