Change the top value to for example like 282px (difference to the prior value is 40px). Do the same to the other category links (in total 6) and everything should be pushed to the top. Tell me if you have problems with my explanation I can help you out, minor optimization work like this is better on your own screen though since you know the best how everything needs to be positioned.
Another solution would be you could just reduce the site size of your anime list (Firefox, Chrome etc). Every browsers got this option, by pressing Ctrl + - you can reduce the size of site elements. This would be the last resort
