Aye. Tis but one of many promising series that fall by the wayside in favour of what's popular. Asklepios was unusual enough to catch my attention though, partly because the concept behind it, together with the fact that the characters weren't complete losers with no redeeming qualities. Medical or hospital based dramas aren't uncommon in manga, however one that is set at a time when intrusive surgery was considered an anathema to religious belief is pretty much unique at this point.

Hopefully it will go the way of Tetsuwan Birdy though, and at some point in the future will be re-released for completion.
