Hey I'm Tyler I started watching anime about 10 years ago. It all started when a friend of mine introduced me to bleach and samurai champloo and I thought they were badass at the time. Back then I didn't even know what anime was so it was a whole new world to me and yeah I've been hooked since. I figured I'd join this site to help me organize anime I've seen, liked and maybe make some anime loving friends.
Happy anime hunting :)
How I rate anime on my list:
10-LOVED IT
9-JUST AWESOME

So I send this way my FC:
Yeah Bleach's fillers were ridiculous. They were like slaps in the face. For the most part the fillers were very good as stand alone series, but I hate when fillers don't follow the main story lines because it just feels fake. Like the characters are doing a play or having a dream. If the events can't be referenced in the main story line it bugs me!
The reason I like long shows is because (as pathetic as this sounds) I like to get to the point where I feel like I know the main characters. I mean really know them, as if they were real ppl I knew haha. I want to get to the point where I get mad at them, or sad when they lose/fail. It takes alot of character development to truly satisfy me, and shorter series generally don't do it. Naruto and Bleach got screwed by fillers. The main stories of those shows are actually great. The characters in those shows are decent too. Not all long series are good though. Fairy Tail kind of is sub par IMO, and Hokuto no Ken lost my interest pretty fast. Inuyasha is pretty boring also because of how repetitive it is. Inuyasha has great characters though!
