A flat character doesn't develop and has a stock personality. Elaborating isn't expanding one word into many for some arbitrary reason.

And if it uses all those concepts from RPGs, sorry, but it IS ripping them off.

Though this is beside the point, HP is also a coming-of-age story, and it swaps out the greed/obsession of humanity for our tendency to discriminate and segregate.

If you want me to write "Characters are bad because they are flat, and the art models are poorly drawn because of their inconsistency" EVERY TIME then that will lead to the horrid writing you described earlier. Now when a unique point to the show is raised, I elaborate on that.

And maybe it did, hell if I know. Don't play RPGs.

But I agree, using concepts =/= Ripping off. Using *every* concept of a story, though? That definitely is.

The characters have fallen to a flat status, only so many ways I can say that.

I explained how it's ripped off, and that has a bad connotation most people can pick up on. It's not hard to figure out.

There is really no elaboration to be done short of what a silhouette is, which you should already know.

Maybe in my early, awful, reviews. Now, I may say something like "The characters are drawn too stiff" to elaborate on a bad art comment, but that is all the justification needed. I shouldn't have to explain what stiff is.

And if you can find one time I personally attacked an individual person, then sure. And no, "The artist" or "The voice actor", doesn't count.
