Maybe, maybe not... I'm not gonna spoil anything
Mikado remains the same through the last three volumes. I don't think his personality changes much
It didn't really give closure to the story. But then again, there's a currently on going sequel series, so I think the ending was justified
Volume 11 and 12 are good but not amongst my favorites. However, volume 13 definitely makes up for it. I have high expectations for Ketsu

it was certainly really great, has bunch of awesome characters (especially Olivier is my favourite, I love her XD) and the ending was just amazing

Well, I'm trying some more anime before I'll be in the mood to watch but right now I'm interested in Sidonia no Kishi and Break Blade. For anime of this season, I love Gintama and Owari no Seraph. :3

I just grade by literary elemental structure and genres that goes with it, which most people do not.
Like 90% people do not. Like when I see, for example, a guy who's into loli and yuri and moe/harem give all them shows a 10/10 but give everything else, like mecha or adventure, a 5/10 or 0/10 lol.
Usually they grade by personal taste or just literary elements.
I recommend looking at the top 200 animes, lots of good movies and series mixed of genres.

We have some similar tastes :D sharing 2 favourite anime, 3 favourite characters and 3 favourite people, haha
the only big discrepancy is nichijou which i personally disliked and found simply to be not funny
You would surely like Needless! It's a similar stupid/crazy action like KLK and TTGL and also has some great rock/metal OST and opening.
