I watch anime from time to time. I'll honestly watch anything that has good writing and worldbuilding. I'm an especially big fan of extremely depressing shit. I genuinely have zero tolerance for anime that people watch to turn their brain off; slice-of-life, self-insert isekai/power fantasy. Unless its unique and genuinely captures my interest in animation, narrative or story I genuinely can't be bothered. Now, if it's so bad to the point it's funny, then I'll definetely enjoy it.

To be in this ranking, the show must have next to no flaws, or it accomplishes so much that the flaws are overriden. No point in being flawless if the show isn't willing to be brave.
