But I have, if I recall correctly, found out Rutile is a bi monthly (or seasonal), be x boy is monthly, craft is seasonal, ciel is bi monthly, ciel tres tres is bi monthly...
There isnt alot of manga that are finished publishing other than one shots, single volume, older series, etc (and then there's Inariya sensei and her hiatus but she's drawing alot of tiger&bunny doujinshi)
additionally: HYPE FOR SUPERLOVERS ANIME
ESPECIALLY when the manga is published in a BI MONTHLY magazine
And I hear these people with their shounen jump complaining about "waiting" for a new chapter
When did MAL add Ashita wa Docchi da??? I never seen that one before and I like to stay caught up with all of Kotetsuko sensei's works
And I would have never found it if it wasnt for myreadingmanga (the best and most discrete yaoi site on the web) I would have never known.
and I stopped typing and checked it out
so this one. wow. should I cry? should I say YES WHAT A HAPPY ENDING?
what are emotions????
THIS IS THE TYPE OF STUFF I NEED MORE OF. WHY IS IT A ONE SHOT??????
stuff like Loveless (that's the first title that popped into my head) where it looks like yaoi, it has the feelings, but it's all in the air. (and that, my dear children, is called sexual tension)
or when it's mislabeled as shounen ai but really it's just guys hanging around suspiciously close
but it's quick and painless. Like a shot. I dont like shots...
They're all dark, messed up, and absolutely wonderful
pierce hole is alot of sadness (I found it sad) and very painful but it was beautiful(ly twisted)
Harada's works are always like that except for that one I read on myreadingmanga it was tentacle rape.
I wasnt expecting that from Harada.
Have you seen that new(ish) live action of seven days?
Wonderful. Another rape story... Lovely
I'm getting too old for these common tropes (been into yaoi far longer than I hoped)
I've read oyasumi punpun. I like how it messes with my head and it's very realistic. And the art style adds a whole depth to the story and characters.
It's depressing, nothing works out at the end, and leaves me frustrated.
Know any other works that are like that?
I think the one thing I want the most to show up in yaoi is something like a plot twist or maybe a sudden shift in the characters. Like in Caste Heaven by Takagi Shigeyoshi. Kind of like a "Oh shoot. What just happened?" moment.
Fantasy in yaoi is good! I havent read too much of those. However, I do enjoy historical yaoi. Ones involving spirits or military. And the problem with Yamato Nase 's work that are kinda hard for me not to passover is because her art style makes the uke look really young, almost shota like and I dont NOT want to read those. It's already bad enough that alot of bara (yes, I read bara) have shotacon in it. (but I will over look it SLIGHTLY if the plot is REALLY GOOD not "good" but REALLY GOOD)
My goal is to read ALL the yaoi manga out there so if I missed some that you know of TELL ME
