Anime: ANYTHING! Literally, I'll watch anything worth the time, with the exception of Yaoi/Hentai. I do like fan service here and there.
Gaming: J/RPGs, Shooters, Racers, Action/Adventure, Fighting of course, and I only play one single MMORPG which is FFXIV.
I won't rate unless I complete a whole series. I feel you can't possibly give a true score unless you really put in all the time, then reflect on what the Creator/Director were trying to get across through their story-telling and animation. Anything I drop, I won't rate. But by dropping it, it should say enough to let you know I, personally, was that uninterested at that point in time with that particular piece. It does not imply that I will not revisit that piece ever again. I tend to come back to things left unfinished whenever possible.

Wait, what? Is that a thing? Can't remember a confirmed remake.
That's great! I started way back when Demon's Souls wasn't even released in my country. Had to import the US verson because it seemed pretty cool from what I read about it. And then I fell in love with it and, later, even more with Dark Souls. :)
And if Souls games count, so does Vagrant Story, the best game Square ever created. <3
Among the more traditional JRPGs, I would say I like Persona 3 & 4 (haven't played 5 yet), Suikoden 2 and Grandia the most. Disgaea is very cool, too. I also like Final Fantasy, especially 7, 9 and 12. Most of the other games in the series are good as well except 13 and 13-2 which I really despise. I have never been into MMORPGs though, so I don't know much about FF 11 & 14.

I may check out some of the animes you listed. I'm honestly a bit of a newb to anime, even though I've been a fan since like
10 years old. So far I've only gotten around to the more mainstream animes.
Some of my favorites are: Naruto, Black Butler, Future Diary, and recently I got into Prison School. That anime was pretty epic.
Kept me going for the next episode to find out what happened next, so I finished the whole season in like 1 or 2 days.
